Things that you can control now

Remember these actions you control that will increase your fulfillment and performance

1. BE PERSISTENT: if you don´t put in your full effort you will never know if you could have made it. That little bit of extra persistence could be just what you needed to break through.

2. KEEP A POSITIVE ACTITUD: you actitud and a ¨can do¨ actitud will go along way towards helping you succeed, not to mention inspiring others to rally around you.

3. GIVE TO OTHERS: research has shown that long-term benefits of giving. Take some time out to help others give back. 

4. REMOVE NEGATIVITY: there are people that will constantly look to bring you down. Shy away from these people if they aren´t willing to be a positive influence

5. INCREASE YOUR ENERGY: sleep, exercise and diet are all essential to positive wellbeing.

6. ASK FOR FEEDBACK: you most receive objective input on how you are doing, it is very difficult to course correct and improve your performance without it.

7. PRIORITIZE AND SET GOALS: don´t overcommit or get bogged down in meaningless activity. Set clear goals to serve as a guide for your focus and priorization.

8. FOCUS ON THE BASICS: (little things) , it is easy to averlook the little things, but these matter. Get the little things right you will have a chance

9. LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE: when you are too comfortable you become complacent. Break out your comfort zone you will be amazed at what you can do.

10. BE HUMBLE: don´t take yourself too seriously, respect others and recognize that you will accomplish more through listening and lifting up others.

Dreams become true

So often we think of dreams as things most people don't get to do, luxuries reserved for people who are privileged, wealthy or well connected. That is the way it is, but the main thing of that dream is that you are not competing with anyone else, you are compiting with yourself.

If your dream is something you're physically incapable of doing, it may  be improbable (but not impossible, think about how thecnology can help)  And there is no denying that certain dreams are more difficult to achieve than others.

You don't need to believe it will be easier or it will happen quicky or it will look exactly like you visualized it. You just need to believe in the possibility, wich really means you need to believe in yourself. :)

Muchas veces pensamos en sueños como cosas que la mayoría de personas no hacen, lujos reservados para los privilegiados, para los ricos o para los que tienen conexiones. La vida es así, pero lo mas importante de ese sueño es que tu no estas compitiendo contra alguien mas, tu estas compitiendo contigo mismo

Si tu sueño es algo que físicamente eres incapaz de hacer, tal vez sea probable ( pero no imposible, piensa que la tecnología puede ayudar) Y no se puede negar que hay ciertos sueños que son mas difíciles de cumplir que otros.

No necesitas creer que que sera fácil o que sucederá rápido o que sera exacto como lo imaginaste .
Solo necesitas creer en la posibilidad. Es decir, lo que significa realmente es que creas en ti. :)
